Description
Help fundraise for Voices of Children Ukraine, AND bid farewell to X-Wing 2.0 with our one-time only charity tournament featuring commissioned artwork from local comic book artist Russel Roehling!
Entry is $25 with all proceeds above costs going to charity, with the grand prize being a custom piece of art inked by local comic book artist Russel Roehling and colored by local game designer Chris Rowlands. The finalist will receive the original while the top 4 will also get prints, and a custom X-wing card based on the artwork will be made for all participants.
What about the rules?
This will be a four round swiss tournament, with a player cap of 16, and 75 minute rounds with 10 minute intermissions. Start time is 10am sharp, and we aim to be out by 6pm. Squad-building and rules / errata are roughly based on the “Expanded” game format circa 2021 with some community modifications to allow the latest ships, found below:

Help children of war in Ukraine
The Voices of Children Foundation has been helping children affected by the war since 2015. Thanks to you, we provide psychological and psychosocial support to children. It helps them overcome the consequences of armed conflict and develop. Today, during the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, we are providing non-stop assistance to affected children and families from all over the country, providing emergency psychological assistance, and assisting in the evacuation process.
