Description

In this thrilling duel, players head a leading civilization of antiquity in one of two difference scenarios.

In one case, the Carthaginians play against the Romans on a map of the Western Mediterranean.  Flip the map over, and suddenly it is the Greeks vying against the Persians!  Each nation starts with three cities, which produce marble, iron, and gold. These resources are used to develop the culture, military and technology of the civilizations.

A nation can build town walls with marble. It can develop technologies and recruit military units with gold. Iron is used to arm and equip the legions and galleys.  As players expand their territories they will move their legions and galley to found new cities on the map.  Watch out, because players may also use their legions and galleys to conquer their opponents’ cities!

Unlocking new technology also comes with benefits, like doubling movement, boosting defensive strength, and strengthening their economies. The first player to own 9 personages, like famous Kings, Scholars and Generals, will win the game and be remembered through time immemorial.
