The Manhattan! Inspired by the cocktail, this cider is made from three cherry ciders (Montmorency, Bing and Black Republican) using cherries from orchards near Hood River. Aged for two years in Freeland Spirits bourbon barrels and finished off with our house made vermouth (using Syrah from partner Helioterra Wines).
